BIRD EXHIBITION HISTORY
Joel
Bird, Liverpool born artist, Educated at John Moores University
and the International centre for design and communication, now
working out of his purpose built Eco-Studio in
London, England. Joel Bird Art hangs in private and public collections
across America, Europe and Japan. Including solo exhibits in Philadelphia
and London and recent invites to Liverpool and Florence
Biennials. He has worked as a carpenter, a musician and
a printer before turning to art and his craft extends from painting
and sculpture to sound installations and the interior/exterior
design and construction of eco-buildings. He has run his own arts
magazine in Liverpool, curated shows across the UK and he has
worked in fashion and photography in New York.
He has a number of artist residencies to his credit and recently
opened his own temporary galley.
